Special greetings to my family and friends as well and all visitors.
I am a person who is nothing but was made something by God. I am from a small family which is not famous and not known in its local area, my family and I don’t have any way without through God. Today I stand before you not as a king but as a servant.
It is true that my leadership doesn’t come any closer to that of Mshengu and everything I know and I do, I have learnt from him, so I am not even half the man he is but only a lifelong learner who always thrive for excellence.
There are a lot of leaders with qualifications and who aspires for this work but God has works in his own mysterious ways ;He doesn’t choose according to a person’s stature and his intelligence but according to his will.
I stand before you as a Shepard who has been given the responsibility to care ,tender, and love his father’s flock. I stand before you as a servant in God’s house who is has been trusted with very important treasured dishes in the house of the Lord
As a young man, a child, son, minister and a leader, I have grown to know that which is important in the eyes of my father, Prof MM Tshabalala and of course my mother, and the first lady Bishop MF TShabalala. Mshengu gave me an opportunity to know his heart, allowed me space to see through his eyes. In my tender age, he trusted me with greater and deeper secrets of his heart and for that I am very humbled and grateful.
Mamoruti opened her home for me as a young man and a student in a foreign land, she treated me like her own Son first then a minister. This gave me an opportunity to learn that the most important things in Mshengu’s heart is the work of the Lord, especially God’s congregation, Believers In Christ which God has trusted him with and his BEAUTIFUL wife, Mamoruti Tshabalala. I know your love towards your grandchildren, and your hope in the youth ministry, an amazing respect to your both young and older leadership. `I know how important are the Elders, the role they have played towards to you in Mr and Mrs Mahlaba and the depth of their work in the Lord’s ministry.
Snr Pastor Dalton Tshabalala,; I know the role you have played in Mshengu’s leadership. Aand the ministry at large. What you have done and continue to do will never change but is it will be more required now more than ever going forward.
Dear Believers in Christ, I stand before you as a messenger bringing to you a message from your father, Mshengu and of course Jesus who loves everyone without discrimination.
I have learnt that great success is lies in doing what our Lord Jesus Christ has commissioned us to do which is amongst others to “Love your enemies and bless those who curses you”. This message I have learnt from our father Prof MM Tshabalala.
I invite all the leaders, congregation, members of BIC and everyone in this ship, Believers in Christ that this is the time to show great love to our father by standing together and honouring his wishes, be patient with each other and taking note that all of us have faults and short comings but we must fight for unity and trustworthy.
As a human, I also have many short comings. There are people I could unintentionally hurt their feelings through my words and actions. My wife and kids are human too do have with shortcomings and so do you, but Jesus has left us with an instruction to love each other.
I have learnt that a leader is not called for everyone in the ministry society and the world. This is also true to those who do not believe that I have been called to lead them and this cannot change unless they change their views. Only one person has been called and given the vision of Believers In Christ, and that is the founder, visionary, prophet, Apostle, the honourable Archbishop Prof Mshengu Tshabalala. I am only a messenger and a servant in this ship that we have been all called to.
If we all believe to this truth, then I remind you that when things do are not going well, please remember this ship and what it always stood for, what the founder has been called for, your first love and compassion you have shown and never give up but pray in truth and in Spirit for this ship, BIC.
Mshengu, your enemies are my enemies, your God is my God. Prof, I draw my leadership inspirations from you and take courage when I see you standing today and growing even stronger despites the storm you have been through.
I now pray through your music, and say “Nkosi bheka ibandla lakho, limathise ngomsa wakho, libatshazwe igama lakho” I pray that not even a single one of those you have entrusted in my care and leadership should be lost. We are conquerors through him.
Thank you, Programme Director,
Shalom
In God’s name I greet the entire BIC leadership. I read the speech by God’s servants and on behalf of the entire membership of The Eternal Rock Christian Church, we wish him luck and we believe that those who believe in God’s power will never fail. He is not alone, we will pray for him and BIC is our home as well.
All we believe in is that any person can accept Christ and be a newly born child. During our launch, Prof Arch Bishop MM Tshabalala said ” Umuntu uyaphenduka ashiye izono” Thst must always be your main pillar at BIC.
God Bless You all.
